311jili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits: Most deposits are credited to your 311jili wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed during the deposit process. 311jili does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated for each payment method. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals complete within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. 311jili may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative with proper verification.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It must first meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable cash.

All bets placed on 311jili are subject to the specific rules displayed for each game or betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the relevant rules for that market.
Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 311jili may void a bet if it was accepted due to an obvious error in the odds or pricing, if the event was cancelled or did not complete under normal conditions, or if there is evidence that the outcome was manipulated.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 311jili will use all available records to determine the fair outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a server error or connectivity issue on 311jili's side, the bet amount will be refunded to your wallet. Technical failures on the player's side – including lost internet connection – do not automatically entitle the player to a refund if the round completed normally on the server.
Results displayed in 311jili's system after a round completes are considered final. If you believe a result was recorded incorrectly, contact support within 48 hours of the round ending, providing your round ID and a description of the issue.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 311jili. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
311jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected breach of these terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or failure to complete identity verification.
In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, 311jili may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where it is determined that a player engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, the balance may be forfeited in full.
Players in good standing may close their account at any time by contacting 311jili support. Balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to any pending verification requirements. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately through the Responsible Gaming tools.
